Most Central Valley and East Bay roofing contractors carry one or two manufacturer certifications. NuShake holds five: GAF Master Elite, GAF Solar Certified, GAF Gold Elite, CertainTeed Select ShingleMaster, and Owens Corning Preferred.
Those certifications unlock extended manufacturer warranties — up to Golden Pledge lifetime coverage on GAF systems, and SureStart Plus on CertainTeed. They also confirm that our crew meets the highest installation standards set by each manufacturer.

NuShake Roofing is owner-operated by Brian Espindola, a licensed California C-39 contractor (CSLB #1142280). Brian started at 18 as a tear-off crew member. He worked up to crew lead, then lead salesman, then earned his own C-39 license at 23. He took over NuShake — roofing California homes since 1976 — in 2025. He has done every job on a roofing crew — quote, install, supervise, all three.

Yes. Every inspection is free with no obligation. You receive a written report with photos covering your roof's condition and our recommendations. You decide what to do next — there's no pressure to schedule work.
Who performs the work?
NuShake is owner-operated under C-39 license CSLB #1142280. Every job is owner-supervised — the owner quotes, runs the install, and oversees the crew personally.
What certifications does NuShake hold?
NuShake holds five manufacturer certifications: GAF Master Elite, GAF Gold Elite, GAF Solar Certified, CertainTeed Select ShingleMaster, and Owens Corning Preferred. Each requires crew training and quality standards set by the manufacturer.

Yes. NuShake provides same-day emergency roof repair for active leaks — emergency tarping and permanent repair for storm damage and fallen branches.
